Hometown:
I was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin (yes, I’m still a Packer fan) then spent ten years in Minneapolis for college and beyond. The Midwest will always feel like home, but I’ve lived in Colorado for 15+ years and cannot imagine a better place to live!
What Inspires Me:
Travel, no question. For me, travelling is when I truly relax and appreciate the small things in life. Realizing the intense sweetness of the fruit in Costa Rica or shucking oysters fresh from Tomales Bay, food tastes better when enjoyed in a new environment. I always return from travel in awe of how important food is to culture, how the two are so intertwined and how we’re all the same but different.
Guiltiest Food Pleasure:
Sweets, all of them...particularly baked goods. I’ll never turn down a stop at a bakery or ice cream shop!
Areas of Specialization:
I’ve had extensive experience in the dairy ingredient space and have had the pleasure of working with many commodity boards and commissions. I also truly value delivering an exceptional client experience and building lasting friendships with my contacts.
When I'm Not in the Office:
When not working, you’ll find me attending my kids’ sporting events (or driving them to/from), enjoying the beautiful Colorado outdoors (running, hiking, skiing, camping) or cooking for friends and family.
