SOLUTION

CuliNEX, together with Bob Evans Foods and brand consultants Sterling-Rice Group, formed a collaborative innovation exploration. Their goal was to create a new line of globally inspired refrigerated meals. With all 3 organizations actively exchanging ideas and sharing expertise, communication was just as important as imagination. CuliNEX led the team through concept feasibility assessments and meal formulations. They employed early protocepting to obtain original recipe followed by iterative protocept steps involving commercially available ingredients. Rigorous testing and formulation refinement ensured elevated taste and quality – always keeping an eye on the original, authentic culinary recipe. A culture of openness and trust allowed for quick problem-solving and creative decision-making, which led to a highly functioning and collaborative team.
