CuliNEX Announces Promotion of Munday & Girard
Seattle, WA (Feb. 2, 2017) – Seattle-based food product development consultancy CuliNEX is pleased to announce the promotions of Emily Munday to Director of Operations and Webb Girard to Director of Technology.
Munday, who has served as a project manager and nutritionist at CuliNEX for the past 3 ½ years, will assume the role of Director of Operations effective February 1st. She will oversee the client experience, company culture, process improvement, and sales and marketing. Prior to joining CuliNEX, Munday worked for the company as a contractor for 1 ½ years.
Girard, who has served as a project manager at CuliNEX for the past 2 ½ years, will assume the role of Director of Technology on the same date. He will oversee all commercialization activities, co-packer sourcing, university partnerships, our physical plant, procurement and IT. Prior to joining CuliNEX, Girard spent 12 years in food manufacturing with Oberto, Monterey Gourmet Foods and Madrona Specialty Foods.
Together, Munday and Girard will join founder and Principal Culinologist Mark Crowell on the Leadership Team.
