CuliNEX Announces Four New Advisory Board Members
CuliNEX, the country’s top clean label and plant-based food development and formulation provider, appointed four new members to their Advisory Board effective January 1st for a two-year term. Luis Alvarez, Jonathan Fisher, I. Barry Goldberg and Tara Kinney join current Board members Jesse Lyon and David Lusk in bringing deep and diverse expertise to guide CuliNEX.

Alvarez, President and CEO of Alvarez Technology Group, Inc., founded and grew a premier technology solutions consultancy that provides small and mid-sized businesses affordable and effective technology support services. Luis is a visionary who specializes in working with executives and stakeholders of small- and mid-sized businesses, sharing his expertise by advising them on trends, analyzing their systems for improved performance and planning how technology can help achieve their business goals.
Fisher, Founder of BrandExtract, has founded and led multiple companies including BrandExtract and ESG Reporting Partners. BrandExtract specializes in creating and transforming brands, growing nearly 300 brands. The firm's client-related food industry experience includes Dessert Gallery Bakery & Cafe, Elessay’s Cigar Bar, Lasco Enterprises (Tasting Room Wine Café, MAX’s Wine Dive), Susser Holdings (Stripes convenience stores, Laredo Taco Company), Sysco and Windsor Foods. In addition, Jonathan has sat on numerous industry, corporate, and nonprofit boards and has taught college courses on branding.
Goldberg, Executive Coach and Retired Vistage CEO Group Chair, has a strong background in sales, marketing, executive coaching and consulting. He started, built, and sold a consulting organization supporting front office automation and organizational strategy, held P/L accountability for a global consulting division in a Fortune 500 company, and held top-line accountability for a global medical patient education publisher. Barry brings a breadth of coaching credentials including professional certifications and experience with a variety of organizations from the Global UN Peacekeeping Operations to the executive suites of mid-tier to very large organizations.
Kinney, Founder and CEO of Atomic Revenue, a RevOps Management Consultancy, brings a wealth of experience optimizing long, complex, consultative sales cycles in technical B2B professional service industries. She is an advocate for technological disruption of traditional hierarchy to unite organizations top-to-bottom through process and data which streamlines operations, reduces costs, and improves human performance. She has consulted for many companies in diverse industries and held more than 40 leadership/executive/board positions. Leveraging her experience, she advises practicing solid business fundamentals, and distributing accountability that enables organizations to meet the demands of today’s customers and workforce.
This group of new members join both Jesse Lyon, a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Portland, Oregon, and David Lusk, retired Principal (non-audit Partner) with Deloitte management consulting, both continuing and valued voices on our Advisory Board.
